With just over a week until Galaxy Unpacked, we've seen a ton of leaks about the new foldable devices that Samsung is set to unveil, including the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6. These foldables are all here already. We've seen the colors, and now thanks to Evleaks, we get to see them again from even more angles.
Below are the Galaxy Z Flip 6 in four colors. These include Yellow, Mint, Light Blue, and Gray. What's interesting is that Samsung isn't offering true black this time around -- something that wasn't even offered on the Galaxy Z Fold 6. Judging by these renders, there doesn't seem to be much difference from the previous model. Apart from the coloring around the camera, it will match any color of the Flip 6. Samsung is sticking with a big screen on the front that looks like a folder, which means it will be smaller than the new Motorola Razr+ coming to market.
Rumor has it that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will get a price increase this year, starting at $1,199. It's $100 more expensive than its predecessor and is expected to come with the Galaxy S8 Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 finally comes in pink!
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is going to be available in three colors this year – midnight blue, gray and a light pink. Though, it is likely that we will see a few more colors available that will be exclusive to Samsung.com. This does mark the first foldable that is actually being made available in a pink color, likely to appeal to women. Though women are more likely to get the Flip 6, since they have smaller pockets.
With the Galaxy Z Fold 6, we’re still expecting this to be largely the same as the previous model. Though the displays are going to be a tad larger thanks to smaller bezels, with the corners being more sharp, versus rounded. Inside, it’ll sport the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, 12GB of RAM and likely starting at 256GB of storage.
