The new leaks show off some slick-looking devices
Samsung's next Unpacked event is just around the corner, scheduled for July 10. Leaks continue to emerge about the Korean company's upcoming wearable products and accessories.
As always with Samsung, all three devices look very stylish.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra is the company's new premium wearable. With a high-end price of $700, it should be worth that down payment.
Designed to compete with Apple's Watch Ultra series, images of the Blass feature a classically styled dial and bright orange strap. This matches the renderings we've seen so far of a round dial in a square case.
There are two buttons to the right of the dial, above what appears to be an orange crown.
The bright orange strap is a new look for this watch, as we've only seen it in gray or black until now. There will likely be silver and white options as well, and it remains to be seen whether Samsung will expand the lineup to include other color variants.
The MicroLED display features a sapphire glass screen that can reportedly reach up to 3,000 nits of brightness.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 7
The latest images of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 confirm some design principles we've seen from regular leak specialist OnLeaks.
Samsung was rumored to be experimenting with a square form factor for the Watch 7, but it looks like the company is sticking with the round dials for the first six versions of the brand's smartwatch.
The Watch 7 was rumored to be released in grey, white and forest green. The watch in this leak can be described as olive. The Galaxy Watch 6 also came in gold and "graphite." It wouldn't be surprising to see these colors hit store shelves.
The Watch 7 will slot between the recently announced $199 Galaxy Watch FE and the premium Ultra, so we expect it to launch for between $299 and $499.
Samsung Galaxy Buds 3
Rumor has it that the Galaxy Buds 3 will have a new design, moving away from the bean-like shape that has characterized the earbuds since 2020.
We knew Samsung was planning to add a stem to the buds, similar to Apple AirPods, but it's still strange to see. Brass himself previously teased the new design, which makes heavy use of pixelated imagery.
The stem is intended to make the Galaxy Buds easier to control, while the controls on the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are easy to use. Still, the controls should be smoother and the microphone quality should be better.
Pricing for the next-generation Buds isn't yet known, but the Buds 2 will launch for $140, with the later Pro model costing $230. The Buds 3 is expected to be priced similarly.
All three devices are due to be unveiled at Samsung Unpacked on July 10.
