Samsung is doing a great job in the smartphone market, and another area where Samsung is doing relatively well is tablets. The company has announced the new Galaxy Tab S10 series and has already started testing One UI on the new devices. The Korean company plans to launch a new tablet in 2025. The Galaxy Tab S10 series is expected to be launched alongside the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra.

Samsung develops Galaxy Tab S10 series
We have already told you that we have discovered the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Tab S10 Ultra in our database. The model number for the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus is SM-X828x, and the model number for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is SM-X926x. Please note that the "x" in the model number refers to the region code. The model numbers have been around for some time. Now, we have found that Samsung is testing a One UI build for the upcoming tablet on Samsung's servers.

We found a test build for the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus with build numbers (X828USQUAXF5/X828UOYNOAXF5/X828USQUOAXF5) on Samsung's servers. The build number including "X828U" confirms the device's model number (SM-X828). The presence of "U" in the code indicates that it is the US version of the tablet. Additionally, "XF" indicates a build compiled in June, while the last number "5" represents the current build number. This information indicates that Samsung is actively testing software designed specifically for the US version of the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus. Note that the letter "U" in "UAXF5" represents new features and bug fixes.

Samsung has also started testing a One UI build for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Firmware for model numbers (X926BXXUOAXE6/X926BOXMOAXE6/X926BXXUOAXE6) is available on Samsung's servers. The model number "SM-X926B" represents the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, while the "B" indicates a global launch. "XE" indicates the build was compiled in May, and the "6" represents the sixth test build for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

Results so far have only included the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra with model number SM-X926B. However, additional model numbers SM-X926C and SM-X926N have been revealed, which suggests that Korean and Chinese versions of the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra are also on the way.

Expected Features and Release Date
While the technical specs details of the Galaxy Tab S10 series are still under wraps, there are plenty of reasons to be excited. However, a previously surfaced leak revealed that the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300.

There is still quite a bit of time before Samsung officially launches the Galaxy Tab S10 series. It should be noted that Samsung has not yet released a test build of the regular Galaxy Tab S10. It is likely that Samsung is focusing on the Plus and Ultra models first, not because it is abandoning the regular model, but because there is still a lot of time left before the tablet is launched.

The exact launch date of the Galaxy Tab S10 series is not known, but the device is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2025. Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab S8 and Galaxy S22 series in March 2022, and the new device was announced a year and a half later. In August 2023, Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Z Fold 5. We assume that the new Galaxy Tab S10 series will be launched again at the same time as the Galaxy S25 after a similar hiatus of about a year and a half.
